DJ Rewild

Curator of vibes and community builder, DJ Rewild is a movement in the making. As the first female instructor at the Denver DJ School, she’s breaking beats and barriers, paving the way for a new wave of inclusive soundmakers.

Born and raised in Arizona, Rewild found her rhythm early. Her DJ journey began in 2008, spinning at clubs, weddings, fashion shows, and community events across the Southwest. Now based in Denver, she continues to merge her deep community roots with the city’s vibrant music scene, bringing soulful energy, intention, and authenticity to every set she touches.

An open-format DJ, her signature sound flows through global beats, from Afro-Latin house and afrobeats to amapiano, R&B, and hip-hop, always guided by rhythm, emotion, and purpose.

A proud queer Latinx creative, Rewild has made it her mission to cultivate spaces where everyone, especially LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folx, can feel safe, seen, and celebrated. She believes music is more than sound, it’s a force for healing, connection, and empowerment.

Her name, Rewild, represents a personal rebirth, a return to one’s most natural, authentic self. It’s about shedding expectations, reconnecting with your roots, and reclaiming joy through rhythm and movement. Through her music, Rewild restores, revives, and realigns, inviting others to remember who they were before the noise.

After completing Denver DJ School’s program in 2025 to deepen her craft, she returned as an instructor, ready to uplift and guide the next wave of DJs. Whether dropping beats at an underground party or mentoring students behind the decks, DJ Rewild leads with love, vision, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of music.
